Going on two years with 必威betway中文版, every day for Esme is a little different. As a Project Support Specialist, she manages multiple 必威betway中文版 projects in both Indiana and Ohio, ensuring compliance with deadlines and required documentation while also processing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.听
- What inspired you to pursue a career in construction?
"I鈥檝e always enjoyed helping communities, and while I did not have a background in construction, I love that our work creates establishments that people will use and benefit from."
听 - What advice would you give to young women considering a career in construction?
"If you鈥檙e curious, dip your toes in and you鈥檒l see how rewarding of an occupation it is."
听 - How do you see the role of women evolving in construction?
"The role of women in construction is evolving towards greater inclusion, leadership positions, and more skilled roles."
